ITINERARY AND DESCRIPTION OF THE TOUR.
The tour starts after breakfast at 08:00 a.m. from the Selva Verde Tours office. We head out by rowing canoe to the Pakay lagoon where we can spot birds and monkeys.
After a short walk in the jungle, we can watch how locals make chocolate and later on we visit the animal rescue center “Amazonico” and a lagoon with caimans. At the end we visit a local women’s project to see how traditional potter ware and handicrafts are made. End of tour at the Selva Verde Tours office.
Included in the price of
the FULL DAY TOUR are:
Transportation by motorized canoe on the Napo River and by rowing canoe on the lagoon
Breakfast and lunch
Purified drinking water, lemonade, sodas or beer
Certified bilingual guide (English and Spanish)
Rubber boots (available up to size 44)
Not included: Personal backpack, rain jacket or umbrella, dinner, 12% taxes, snacks or other beverages, rubber boots bigger than size 44.
