 Tour from Misahualli to Iquitos (Peru)

Tour from 8-15 days, travel along the river Napo to the impressive Amazonas in only 8 – 15 days from Pto Misahualli or from Coca.

1st day: leaving from Pto Misahualli in motorized canoe down the impressive river Napo visit to a community of indigenous people, presentation of a typical dance of the Amazonia, elaboration of the chica de yucca, demonstration of a shaman, visit to a family that washes gold on the banks of the river Napo, lunch on a beach, we continue the navigation until the city of Coca, night in a hotel, night walk around the city.

2nd day: breakfast, and we continue by bus until the reserve on Limoncocha, entering the lagoon where we take a paddle canoe to cross to the cabins, where we spend 3 nights, lunch in the afternoon navigation by paddle canoe to observe monkeys, birds, tortoises, toucans, etc, return, dinner, rest.

3rd day: breakfast, walk in the jungle for around 4 hours, when then guide will explain about plants, liana, and all class of medicinal plants, visit to a giant ceiba tree, return, lunch, afternoon navigation in a paddle canoe to fish for piranhas. Return, dinner, rest.

4th day: breakfast, navigation in a paddle canoe on the lagoon, walk for 2 hours in the jungele, where we can observe trees and prehistoric birds, the huatzines, monkeys etc, return, lunch. Rest, a free afternoon. Dinner and a night navigation where you can appreciate the crocodiles. Return and enjoy a cocktail by the campfire.

5th day: breakfast, leave in canoe until the station of the reserve, when we take a car until the river Napo, we continue our navigation until the lagoon of Pañacocha, lunch, rest in the cabins where we spend 3 nights, afternoon navigation in canoe on the lagoon to observe the pink dolphins, return, dinner, rest.

6th day: breakfast, navigation on the river Pañayacu, walk in the jungle observation of groups of monkeys, return, lunch, afternoon navigation and swim in the lagoon, dinner, night walk, return, cocktail and talk.

7th day: very early in the morning, navigation by paddle canoe to observe the species of parrots, and toucans, monkeys, woodpecker birds, etc, and with luck an anaconda, afternoon piranha fishing. Dinner, night navigation.

8th day: breakfast, leave in canoe until the river Napo, lunch on a beach, continue navigation until the Nuevo Rocafuerte, border with Peru, 2 nights in a hostel,

9th day: breakfast, navigation on the lagoon Jutuncocha and river Yasuni where you can appreciate the pink dolphin, lunch, rest, night exploring the jetty of Rocafuerte, rest.

10th day: passport check at migration, cross the border to Peru, navigation until the lagoon of Cocaya, lunch, campo and activities in the afternoon, dinner, rest.

11th day: navigation until the bridge of Pantoja, night in a hostel and get to know the town.

12th  day. Leave Pantoja by canoe, lunch on a beach, we continue until Santa Clotilde, night in a hostel, where we can visit the handicraft shops, dinner rest.

13th day: navigation until Puerto Mazan where we spend 2 nights.

14th  day: visit to local communities.

15th day: we take a car until the river Amazonas then a speed canoe until the capital of the province Iquitos, Peru. End of tour.

PRICE PER PERSON AND PER DAY. $150.00

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: river and terrestial transports, life vest, tents, cabins, hotels, rubber boots, rain coats, $20 entrance to the park of Yasuni, meals, water, certified guide, and taxes.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: plane tickets, bus ticket Quito-  Misahualli or Coca, tips, breakfast on 1^st day or dinner on last day.
