| Huaoranis 10 to 15 Day Tour Adventure to the territory of the Huaoranis 10 – 15 days 1st day: river Tihuino. This tour can start from Misahualli travelling by canoe along the river Napo until Coca, or from the city of Coca. Transport in car until the bridge Tihuino where we spend the night. 2ndday: breakfast, navigation in canoe along the river Tihuino where you can appreciate the great beauty of the flora and fauna. Lunch on a beach and camp walk in the jungle, return dinner and rest. 3rd day: breakfast, walk in the jungle until a saladero of animals and birds, return lunch in the afternoon fishing. 4th day: very early walk until a bathing spot of wild pigs return, breakfast, and navigation until a logoon to find anaconda and with a little luck we may find one. Navigation until the river Cononaco, camp, dinner, night navigation to observe caimans. 5th : very early walk until another saladero of birds, return for breakfast, navigation on the river Cononaco until the community of the Huaoranis Babeno where we spend 2 days in this community sharing their ancestral customs. 6th day: community of the Huaoranis, visit to the houses of the families, practice of the blowpipe preparation of the curare, observation of exotic birds and eagles, typical original night dance of the Huaoranis. 7th day: breakfast, navigation of the river Cononaco, camp, lunch, afternoon navigation and piranha fishing, return, night walk. 8th day: breakfast, walk in the jungle until a saladero of parrots, return, lunch, rest, in the afternoon, navigation, observation of birds, return, dinner, rest. 9th day. Breakfast, walk in the jungle with a local Huaoranis for the demonstration of the hunting with the blow pipe, return lunch, in the afternoon demonstration of hunting snares, dinner night navigation for the observation of caimans. 10th day: construction of a vessel made from balsa trees, navigation down river and on this tour you can appreciate all classes of birds and wild animals on the banks of the river Cononaco, camp rest. 11th day: breakfast, special fishing tour, return preparation of the smoked fish and typical food. 12th day: very early in the morning navigation on the balsa boats for observation of birds and other species, return in canoe, breakfast, journey to the Babeno community where we spend the night. 13th day: we continue the navigation until the river Tiguino, dinner, rest. 14th day: breakfast, navigation until the bridge of the river Tiguino, terrestrial transport until the city of Coca. End of tour.
